Sonya Seifert is a board certified acupuncturist and herbalist. Although a dance injury first led her to acupuncture as a patient, she quickly embraced the manifold applications of this time-tested medicine in healing both body and mind. Innate curiosity and a desire to help others heal led Sonya to begin formal study of Traditional East Asian medicine.

Sonya is a general practitioner who treats a wide variety of ailments. Her 20 years of experience as a Latin teacher have finely honed her listening skills and ability to meet people where they are. She has a non-judgmental approach and specializes in letting patients set a comfortable pace for healing. Sonya includes dietary and lifestyle suggestions as part of all her sessions to help their clients take ownership of their healing journey.
